First, I'd like to thank you for your cooperation and your involvement.

This past friday, however, I was contacted by the initial organizer and Head Mgr. from "Contour Day Spa" to let me know that because of permits and other legalities he was unable to complete all necessary arrangements to have the Holiday Party and the Fashion Show as set for Dec. 9th.

Although he was very apologetic for the inconvenience, he still wants to keep the idea, and work on it further to prepare the event for February 2007 with a "Valentines" theme.

I would very much like to keep all your names to contact you again in hopes you are available for the new postponed date.
