AIFL fashion club

Hey,

I first want to thank you for showing interest in fashion journalism at our school. We have so many opportunities to be the best but we have to work for it. So that weeds out the ones who dont want it as bad. With that being said, this newsletter needs to be better than the last one. This is what we need to be successful:

Three articles included in every issue:

* West Desk- interview, news and information from our department chair

* Alumni Corner- interview, update and information from an alumni who recently graduated and is in the industry

* The Bin- an exclusive article displaying one fabric resource for our sewing students

This issue: F.A.B.(fashion.art.beauty) Fall Vol.2

* Color Trends for male/female- details on what to wear and what not to wear

* Local Mall- directions to and fashionable stores located in mall

We have decided to release a one-page back/front issue every other week. This way we can stay current. So keep your ears open for new material. The issue is printed in black and white but I am trying to get color copies...it will take some time. Because of this we must be careful with fonts and designs because it can become distorted. Dont worry, I edit everything before we print!

I need you to send me back what you want to research and write on for the newsletter. Dont worry about length, its more important that we have content. It shouldnt be more than a paragraph because we dont have alot of space. You can do more than one, so dig in!

Now, if you interested in graphics then please send the jpeg to this email. Remember to think fashion, art, and beauty which the name of our newsletter. We need illustrations that are in black & white for printing purposes. Thank you in advance for your beautiful work. I need a definite response by Thursday.
